Short Description
A robust, high-output RO water purification system engineered for commercial, institutional or heavy residential use. This Pall 200 GPD model delivers up to ~757 litres of purified water per day, built on a durable powder-coated steel frame, with multi-stage filtration and high-rejection membranes for superior water quality. Ideal for offices, restaurants, large homes, schools, clinics and small-scale bottlers.
Key Features
- Capacity: Up to 200 GPD (approx 750-800 litres/day) under standard feed conditions.
- Multi-stage filtration: heavy-duty sediment filter, granular activated carbon filter, activated carbon block, RO membrane, and final polishing filter.
- High-rejection spiral-wound TFC/TFM RO membrane technology — removes TDS, heavy metals, chlorine, bacteria, cysts, etc.
- Automatic shut-off / inlet pressure protection / pre-treatment lock-out built in.
- Durable, industrial-grade construction: powder-coated steel frame, corrosion-resistant high-pressure tubing, stainless or FRP pressure vessels.
- Easy maintenance: replaceable cartridges, accessible design for servicing filters and membrane.
- Suitable for light commercial installations (large households, restaurants, offices) as well as small-scale industrial uses.
- Designed for international use (e.g., 220-240 V/50 Hz) depending on region.
- Improves water safety, taste and clarity; reduces bottled-water costs.
Technical Specifications
| Parameter | Specification* |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 200 GPD (≈ 750–800 L/day) |
| Water production rate | Approx. 30 L/hr (varies with feed pressure, temperature, TDS) |
| Filtration stages | 5-stage typical: Sediment → GAC → Carbon Block → RO Membrane → Post-Carbon |
| Membrane type | Thin-film composite (TFC) / spiral-wound high-rejection RO membrane |
| Feed water TDS (typical) | 0-1000 ppm (higher with pretreatment) |
| Operating feed pressure | 20-80 psi (≈ 1.4-5.5 bar) typical; high-pressure pump may be included if feed is low. |
| Operating pressure (RO side) | ~150-250 psi (≈10-17 bar) for typical brackish systems. |
| Maximum feed water temperature | ~42 °C (≈108 °F) for many commercial systems. |
| pH tolerance | 3-11 (typical commercial spec) |
| Silica tolerance | ~25 ppm @ 60% recovery (commercial spec) |
| Maximum iron content | ~0.05 ppm (pre-treatment recommended) |
| Frame & housing | Powder-coated carbon steel frame; FRP or SS pressure vessels; heavy-duty tubing & fittings. |
| Power supply | e.g., 220-240 V / 50 Hz (region dependent) |
| Dimensions / Weight | Depending on configuration – please confirm model specifics. |
| Maintenance frequency | Sediment/carbon filters typically every 2-6 months; membranes yearly or depending on feed water quality. |
*Values may vary depending on feed quality, installation conditions and local configuration.
Applications
- Commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafes
- Office buildings, schools, clinics, hostels
- Small-scale bottling, food & beverage operations
- Large residential buildings or villas requiring high-capacity clean drinking water
- Any setting requiring reliable daily production of purified water (in the ~200 GPD range)
Benefits for Your Business / Home
- Significantly reduces reliance on bottled water or external purification services.
- Delivers high-volume output — ideal when demand is above typical 50-100 GPD domestic systems.
- Enhances water taste, clarity and safety — good for drinking, cooking, coffee/tea service, food prep.
- Return on investment: fewer consumables (bottled water), lower operating cost per litre.
- Built for durability, with serviceable design and easy filter changes.
- Improves reputation / service quality (in restaurants/hotels/clinics) by offering clean, high-quality drinking water.
Installation & Operation Notes
- Pre-treatment is essential if feed water has high TDS, iron, hardness or turbidity. To protect membranes, install water softener, sediment filter, or iron removal as needed.
- Ensure adequate feed pressure and flow. If municipal supply is low pressure, a booster pump may be required to reach optimal RO performance.
- Connect output to storage tank or distribution system with proper plumbing and pressure controls.
- Install drain line to allow rejection water to flow out.
- Replace sediment/carbon filters regularly (e.g., every 3-6 months) depending on water quality.
- Replace RO membrane typically yearly (or per manufacturer’s guidelines) depending on feed conditions and usage.
- Monitor TDS/pH/flow regularly to ensure system is performing as expected.
- Ensure proper ventilation around unit; mount on a stable frame or floor.
- For Pakistan region: ensure appropriate voltage (220-240 V, 50 Hz) and local service access for membrane and cartridge replacements.
